The Space

 

Lexi Ray Healing operates from a professional storefront studio at 500B Mapleton Ave in Barrie. The studio is located in a well-maintained commercial building with on-site security, accessible parking, and a convenient ground-floor entrance.

 

Your Reiki session takes place in a dedicated, private treatment room within the studio. The room is fully enclosed and includes a white noise machine and air purifier to support a quiet, comfortable environment while maintaining your privacy.

 

It’s a professional, welcoming space designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.

 

Cleanliness & Comfort

 

Your comfort and cleanliness are priorities.

 

A fresh setup is prepared for every client. Linens, blankets, pillow coverings, and face cradle covers are laundered and replaced between every session. Treatment surfaces and high-touch areas are sanitized before and after each appointment.

 

The treatment room is maintained at a comfortable temperature, and a warm blanket is available upon request.

 

You remain fully clothed throughout your Reiki session.

 

Before Your Session

 

Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in.

 

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily. If this is your first visit, you’ll complete a brief intake form about your general health information and what you would like to focus on during your session. This usually takes about five minutes and helps us create an experience suited to your needs.

 

For your comfort, we recommend avoiding alcohol before your appointment and staying hydrated throughout the day.

 

During Your Session

 

You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, on a padded treatment table. A blanket is available if you would like one.

 

Reiki may be offered using light touch or hands-off techniques, depending on your preference. Your comfort and boundaries are discussed before the session begins.

 

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, relaxation, or stillness. Some people become very relaxed or fall asleep, while others may notice emotions arising. You may also experience very little during the session and notice changes in how you feel afterward.

 

There is no “right” way to experience Reiki.

 

You are in control throughout your entire session. If you become uncomfortable or would like anything adjusted, simply let your practitioner know.

 

After Your Session

 

After your Reiki session, we’ll take a few minutes to gently reflect on your experience and discuss anything you would like to share.

 

You’ll also receive written aftercare guidance to support you following your session.

 

When possible, give yourself some quiet, gentle time afterward and remember to stay hydrated.
